AKTS PROGRAM Coordinator Internship

About AKTS: Based on Robby’s years of training the underground church in places like Afghanistan, Iran, and other persecuted nations, AKTS is hands-on ministry and evangelism school training packed into 4 days to 2 weeks! It is intense, full of mind blowing testimonies, and leaves most attendees feeling forever changed.

Responsibilities

​

  • Work with Operations Director and personal assistant to plan and create each AKTS (American/Arab kingdom Training School), a Robby Dawkins Ministry kingdom training event that takes place across the country and internationally.

    • Collaborate with team members to create event timelines and checklists.

    • Help coordinate speaker and performer logistics, including travel arrangements and accommodations.

    • Support the development of marketing materials.

    • Act as event coordinator leading up to and during the event by overseeing volunteers, schedule, registration and product.

  • Respond and help Robby directly with requests that come up.

  • Help with the creation, production and sales of product (digital and material eg. Shirts, books)

  • Assist in entering information into databases

  • Attend and participate in weekly staff meetings

 

Requirements 

 

  • Administrative & writing skills 

  • Familiarity with social media platforms for promotional activities and community engagement

  • Ability to learn quickly, self teach and problem solve

  • Comfortability with online programs, databases, or the like.

  • Strong Christian character inside and outside of ministry 

  • Passionate commitment to seeing Muslims in the Middle East coming to Christ, seeing people around the world being mobilized to impact cities

  • Willingness to fulfill full contracted agreement; ideally choosing between 15-20 hours a week for 6 months

  • Must be flexible for travel

  • Must show discretionary behavior towards sensitive information regarding the underground church

  • Must live in or relocate to the DFW metroplex
